How DAF Investment Works
An Impact Account lets you put your investing talents to work maximizing the impact of your charitable capital through an investment in Forgive Labs.
1. Grant from your current DAF to your Impact Foundation DAF Account.
2. Recommend the investment to Forgive Labs as an eligible investment as a direct equity investment.
3. Login and check on the progress of your investment.
4. Returns fuel more good. Financial returns are available for reinvesting or granting to charity.
Invest from your Donor Advised Fund (DAF)
Since the investment in Forgive Labs impacts millions and honors/serves God’s Kingdom, we believe there is no better funding vehicle than Impact Kingdom Investment; defined as “Investment made through a Donor Advised Fund (DAF) account with the intention to generate positive, measurable social and Godly impact alongside a financial return.”
Impact Kingdom Investment is a way for a donor to multiple the impact from your DAF account, and at the same time, make Kingdom impact with your un-granted funds.
Simply put, you would transfer funds from your current DAF account into an Impact Foundation DAF account. From there, it would be invested into Forgive Labs with the same expected return as any investor. The investment, plus the return (interest and/or equity) would be returned to your Impact DAF account where it can be used again, either to be reinvested into another Impact Kingdom Investment and/or be granted to a good cause.
